Harvest was founded by Danny Wen and Shawn Liu in 2006. As web design consultants, they wanted a better tool to track billable hours, analyze utilization, and invoice for their services. With their insight as a professional services firm, the team was able to design and build an application that works the way a busy small business expects it to: simple, fast, and powerful.
