Learn by working as a team and sharing knowledge & know-how with coworkers. I believe as by training experiences in all the departments in different resorts plus my education will help me to identify what’s missing in our work environment. Moreover to improve our tourism industry with new strategy's and innovation's. I believe In Maldives tourism industry is still young and it can be taken to a whole new level.
