I provide a customer service that starts with helping to define my client’s need and then providing the guidance or advice that will deliver their required outcome, as client ready product. I have learnt my craft and skills since starting “on the tools” with the tree gang in Ealing after graduating in 1980. In the private, commercial and charity sectors I have filled both inward and outward facing roles at senior level ensuring that compliance and commercial issues were understood and appropriately addressed within the business and talking with potential customers, and managing client relationships, negotiating with contractors, the general public and with industry regulators.
