While building an academic platform of communications and political science, with some film&media theory thrown in for fun, I honed my skills as a web designer/developer in my spare time. Landing a summer job as a web designer for Norway's largest online newspaper, I got to make a living out of my hobby - and loved it so much I'm still there - more than ten years later. Later my hobby (aka work) evolved into web standards (semantic and accesible HTML&CSS), user experience design and project management - and today I find myself combining the three.
