I have been in the recruitment industry now for over 23 years. Having worked for High Streets and Consultancy practices I now work independently. My training company Tiro Training helps companies develop an In-house Recruitment, Induction, Learning and Development Strategy. My passion is to promote Recruitment as a professional career across the UK. As an ambassador for the IOR I deliver and promote best practice.
