Goals, Personal and Professional.
Personal: To develop my management skills. To expand my knowledge of new technologies ie social media and their application in the NHS and wider library context.
Professional: I was accepted on to the Chartered Insitute of library and information professionals professional register as a Chartered Librarian 2016. My next challenge is to become a mentor so that I can help those building their Chartership portfolio.
I think it's important to expand my knowledge of the wider professional context and therefore I will be looking for opportunities to seek experiences outside the health sector.
