I am responsible for the SHEQ Department, Safety Systems, Incident investigations, Quality Management and Environmental Management including ISO 14001 systems management. Overall water management on the site. Air quality monitoring and compliance reporting. Applications for water use licenses, waste management licenses, air emissions licenses and the amendment thereof. Review Risk Assessments, Sustainable Development Reporting, Auditing of ISO 9001 and 14001 systems. Advise on health related matters, including personal dust monitoring, ergonomics and employee well-being.
