Heng comes from Qingdao China. In 2000, He went to the United States for High School education. In 2002, he came to Canada to continue his high school education. In 2006, he was accepted into University of Toronto Engineering Faculty for a bachelor degree in electrical engineering. After completion of engineering degree, Heng decided to take 2 more year to complete another bachelor degree in computer science, at University of Toronto. In 2012, Heng decided to further his education by doing a master degree in Electrical Engineering, at University of Toronto; with expected completion time September 2015.
