Herb received a B.A Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky in Lexington KY, where he was inducted into Tau Sigma Delta Architectural Honorary. Herb also has a Master of Science in Interior Design from UNCG in Greensboro, NC where he received "The 1997 Graduate Excellence Award" School of Human Environmental Sciences Department of Housing and Interior Design for outstanding graduate performance in scholarship, leadership, and service, and the Recipient of the Harry Byrd Lee and the Ester F.
