My career aspiration is to help public sector organizations better deal with their challenges, improve their operational efficiency, and provide better services through digital transformation. I achieve it using my knowledge, experience and thought leadership, thereby contributing to the company I work for. I am the creator of the Social-Enabled Policing principle. It's about community policing in the age of social networking. It's about police and people working together in this sharing economy to make cities safer. I also created a 7A framework to help operational people identify and prioritize AI use cases.
