I have engineering and processes experience along my career on projects both in the civil aerospace industry but also in the military aerospace industry, in different locations in Czech Republic and Germany, in many teams and with very diverse responsibilities.
During this time, I have been proposed and have answered several times the call for team leading or focal point positions, where fulfilling the roles to the highest expectations was awaited. The areas where my confidence excels is in the team negotiation, team building and conflict resolution activities.
