Heather has over a decade of executive international and domestic program management, grant-writing, capacity-building and monitoring and evaluation experience. Heather has successfully engaged private sector and public donors such as USAID, DfID, CIDA and AUSAID to develop multi-million dollar integrated programs that have increased the socio-economic well being for vulnerable populations with a focus on children and women.
