I am currently working for Guncha, a flower boutique, looking after setting up its base in Mumbai. I am responsible for formulating and charting out short term as well as long term strategy in addition to operations and supply chain management for the online and the retail store. I am responsible for offline activities as well, dealing with corporates and event managers for their flower requirements at various exhibitions and events across Mumbai.
