I started my career in IT at APP North Sydney on a contract before moving to Leighton Contractors. I started at Leighton's as a Service Desk Operator and was in that position for just under 2.5 years before being internally promoted to Service Desk Team Leader.
I filled the role of Service Desk Team Leader at Leighton's for 2 years and while in the role I successfully completed my ITIL v3 and Certificate 4 in Frontline Leadership.
I am now working as the Service Desk Team Leader for Itek Managed Services.
My current long term goal is to gain more experience and skills as a leader and to move into a higher management position.
