Ilias Lappas is an aerospace and defense professional with over 10 years of experience in military aircraft airworthiness. He holds an MBA and an MSc in Aerospace Dynamics and he is currently working as a senior lecturer at the University of South Wales, in which he is commited to to give his best in enhancing the learning experience of his students and in familiarizing them with the challenges and opportunities of our fast changing world.
