More than 14 years of experience in applied Psychology, either in private practice as therapist or as a consultant in human resources and development. After working in a multinational company and a small consulting firm, I struck on my own working as a freelance trainer and consultant, and eventually creating my own business. From being just a trainer and recruiter to acting currently as HR interim manager for different companies, teaching at universities and business schools, it's been an interesting and varied ride.
