I am a postdoctoral researcher at University of Cambridge, Cambridge Institute. My research is computationally based; I focus on applying a systems level approach to identify pathways that are involved in cancer predisposition. I am interested personalized prevention of cancer, risk-stratification and early detection. In particular, I am interested in the introduction of new diagnosis solutions for high-risk cancer individuals. I apply network-based approaches and perform functional analysis of cancer variants and germiline SNPs.
