I am a learning partner. My pathway is to develop: myself, ideas and projects for people and their organizations. I help people who want to develop self confidence and new skills, become aware of own position in the bigger systems and of own roles. As social learning is natural, I accompany groups to learn about themselves and improve their work and their interaction with other groups in the systems they belong to.
