The 16th century physician Paracelsus said "Many have said of Alchemy, that it is for the making of gold and silver. For me such is not the aim, but to consider only what virtue and power may lie in medicines." Hence the pharmacist became the new alchemist.
In current times, being trained a pharmacist, I'd like to build on these ancient words - "For me medicines no longer is the aim, but to consider what virtue and power may lie in technology, and for that matter, in what virtue and power may lie in #patientincluded innovation."
And in the end, healthy living is worth medals of gold...
