Active de-stressing is no longer an option, it is a necessity. Fortunately, nature has provided us with the tools at birth - laughter. Laughter is aerobic exercise and triggers de-stress.
Society has sadly made laughter a second-class citizen. My wish is to alter this and teach everyone how to use this gift of nature strategically to counter the negative effects of stress.
