After graduating from Maua Engineering School in São Paulo, Brazil, I went to work for Setal Construções, where I started as a Construction Engineer. There I start to develop my managerial skills, first as a member of a task force working for Camaçari Petrochemical Pole, managing its supply chain. Eventually I became manager responsible for installing Camaçari and Triunfo Poles, as well as renewing Petrobras Refinaries in Cubatão, Paulínia, São José dos Campos, Duque de Caxias and Mataripe.
