I am a trade journalist turned restaurateur. Starting my career as a trade media journalist, I switched gears to start my own restaurant and catering business. Over the last one year as a restaurateur, I am currently testing waters with a restaurant in Pune and have tasted reasonable success with catering orders from corporates and individuals alike. During my eight year stint with several leading Indian trade media publications, I wrote about the growing media, advertising and marketing space. Though my focus varied as per my mandate for the publication, the overall focus remained on the domain.
