James has 33 yrs experience in real estate industry as an urban planner and development specialist. He has worked in Vietnam, Singapore, England, Cambodia, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, the Philippines and Malaysia. In Vietnam, he has been actively involved in the preparation of master plans (1:500 & 1:2,000) for enhancement of values of real estate projects in provinces & cities ie Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen, Long An, Hoi An, Hue, Ha Tinh, Hung Yen, Cam Ranh, Dong Nai, Binh Dinh, Vinh Long, Phu Quoc Island, Danang, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
