Prior to assuming the Global Practice Leader role in 2009, Jim worked within the Complex Liability Practice for eight years, solving the difficult claim problems facing many of Marsh’s largest clients. Jim is also Marsh’s leading claim practitioner with respect to London market Schemes of Arrangement, having personally negotiated the recovery of many eight figure legacy claim settlements. Jim is admitted to the Illinois Bar and to the Connecticut Bar.
