My job is to ensure that the company provides the very best products and services that our customer want for today and tomorrow. This comes from a desire to understand customer challenges and likely future needs through a deep understanding of the Public Sector, ranging from an individual school to local authority with hundreds of school to a University. A key focus is balancing the organisational drivers with the technology developments that can drive improvement and efficiency.
I work closely with customers to find out what works well and why. I learn a lot from the customers that I visit and love nothing more than when I leave totally inspired by how we have made a difference.
