I have over 18 years experience of working within a 24/7, operations for a global, multi-national organisations in a variety of roles including, 3rd line Infrastructure and Application support, I have experience in Information security management, PCI-DSS, ISO 270001, and I have worked in a IT service delivery/Infrastructure Management role while working on a number of major projects for several high street banks. I have had several years management experience, including a mid-level position.
