As an accomplished Controller, I have expertise in improving the reporting so that my fellow managers can make better decisions in order to improve the profitability of the company.
I have expertise in managing cash and have maintained all sources of supply during a financial reorganization. I am experienced in preparing and executing detailed cash forecasts. While profit is the main objective of a business, it is important to convert that profit into cash. A company can survive in the short term without profit, however a company cannot survive many days without cash.
