Leadership Development Program Manager for TMI Hospitality.  I am involved with developing competencies for our general managers, area directors and other leadership levels.  Currently I am working on developing content to train to those competencies.  Previously, I was the Director of Training in the training department in our company for the last 15 years training the General Managers and Assistant General Managers at each of our hotels.

Prior to my training positions, I was the General Manager at a Comfort Suites for 7 years and a Fairfield Inn for 6 months.  I have also been a Director of Sales at a Best Western for 1 1/2 years.
