As the lead architect of the Verbalucce project, Janet led and developed a
Gmail extension that analyzes and visualizes communication traits and styles
within one’s social network. As researcher and software developer in the
Immersive Computing Lab, Janet created attractive and interactive installations in
the Open Innovation 2.0 conference and Portland Design Week. Previously,
Janet spent 5 years writing graphics drivers and 3 years as a system architect
developing a fab scheduling system for Intel’s Technology and Manufacturing
Group. Janet holds Master degrees in Computer Science from University of
Southern California and Industrial Engineering from National Taiwan University.
