I work with business owners who have been avoiding the administrivia parts of their business because they don’t know how to do it, it sucks the life out of them, or they just plain don’t have the time. I help them to create systems and processes in their business – I know that doesn’t have a lot of s.e.x. appeal and may even cause some people to go UGH. But here’s what I know – we all have systems and processes in our heads – we do them regularly – but to get them to paper is what we dread – and if we can get them to paper we can consistently communicate with others how we want our businesses to operate – and when we do that we can begin to create freedom in our businesse
