With 23 years working experience, of which 15 years in Training & Development, regardless of industry, age and academic level, I am passionate in helping people to map out and achieve their goals. Whether it is a personal or corporate goal, whether it takes months or years to complete, if it is well understood, no goal should be short changed or given up without trying.
