The work of the Leading Researcher [Ph.D. (Econ.)] Jari Ritsilä, has focused particularly on evaluation studies of public interventions and analysis of human capital. He has coordinated, supervised and carried out several evaluation and development projects of different organizations. In the year 2008, he was invited to carry out the country evaluation of the structural funds of the period 2001 - 2007 of Finland. Dr. Ritsilä has worked with management, strategic planning and development of expert organization.
