BNY Mellon Facilities Help Desk was the Centralized Help desk for the Indian Operations, which was based out of Pune, India.
-Operations included call taking relating to employees complaints based out of Pune & Chennai, relating to technical services,(A/c Controlling, Electrical & maintenance's, & BMS operations)
- Due to the subjective demand of On shore & off shore clientèle, the Volume of calls dealt with a majority for Room Bookings such as Conference rooms, V/C rooms, Meeting rooms & Discussing rooms.
