About
I have over twenty seven years experience in the optical sector, including Optometry, Dispensing, Contact Lenses, Refractive Laser, IOL's, Glazing and Surfacing, Domiciliary and much more. I am now putting that knowledge and experience to use in helping to bring the newest Ophthalmic devices to Eye Care Professionals and to help them make best use of them.
I am now Director of Medical and Education at Birmingham Optical and I am also undertaking a distance MSc in Optometry. This includes work on Glaucoma, Cataract, Refractive Surgery (working with the Surgeon in both per and post operative care), Retinal disease and more.I also provide consultancy work within the ophthalmic sphere.
