Hon. Jay Grant is the fifth Secretary General and Director of the InterPortPolice - International Organization of Airport, Seaport and Transport Police, appointed on Septembre 10, 2010.
Jay also serves as Director of the Morrone 9/11 Centre for International Public Safety & Security and Executive Chairman of the 9/11 Award Committee. He is a member of the US/TSA TWIC stakeholder committee and the legislative committee for Crime Stoppers USA.
