I have been teaching since 2003 and have been an advocate for inquiry based learning, problem based learning and the use of ICT affordances to engage learners. I started my journey into educational leadership when I helmed the Research and Curriculum Innovation of my school as a subject head in 2008. Part of my job was to devise a framework for staff involvement and inculcate a practice of educational research among my teachers.
