I personally believe we are living in a new era where sharing and participation are part of a new economy. Future brand value will be defined by functional + emotional + participative benefits divided by the total cost of your goods and or services.
We have to unlearn the old rules of marketing to create new and more powerful schemas that will create engagement with today's empowered consumer that's a prosumer or consumer partner not a traditional consumer.
