E-6/AD1

After high school I decided kinda out of the blue, "Hmmm, think I'll join the Navy" and the rest is history... I've been in for 15 and a half years, (wow, typing that hurt just a little am I really THAT old?!) I can reitre in 4 and a half, currently I'm an E-6 AD1 (Aviation Mechinist's Mate- mechanic) and I have to say, I love my job!! I enjoy working on engines, so I guess I never fully broke out of the tom boy "phase". I met my wonderful husband, also by the graces of the Navy, almost 12 years ago and we've been married almost 7 years. No kids yet, but ya never know...
