Responsible for increasing leads, revenue, profit per employee and customer and employee satisfaction levels. Growth strategies include; developing and managing an Inside Sales Team, developing and implementing a customer feedback management program, website strategy, key customer account strategy, sales performance initiatives, lead tracking program, social media plan and execution, marketing budget, campaigns, and measurements. Personally I am a Mom of four young ladies with a very patient husband. We enjoy boating, hiking, kayaking, cooking and wine. I love to read and enjoy working out and yoga.
