I believe user experience is the life force behind any technological product we create. Especially ones that are intended to directly benefit human lives and our global society.
For 5 years, I had the honor to lead the user experience (UX) lab program under the DoD’s Defense Centers of Excellence (DCoE) which is now a part of the Defense Health Agency (DHA).
