My role is to develop and design a global activation strategy that complements our overall social media governance strategy. Current training platforms include LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Forums/Communities, and misc. others. The role of my team is to empower Dell employees around the world with training and tools to help build relationships and lessen the distance between us and the customer.
