What I do
I am a Subscription & Support Renewal Sales Representative, helping customers to renew their maintenance (new upgrades/patches) & support (24/7 technical support) of multiple software running on their machines.
My assets
Through my role as a Sales Quoter for different IBM acquisitions, I have obtained an excellent knowledge of a wide range of IBM software, also improving my understanding of customer needs.
My empathetic personality, and my previous experiences have strengthened my ability to put myself in my customer's shoes, in order to tackle any roadblock and offer the best solutions.
