Jesus Garcia Herrero is Associate Professor at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Computer Science Department since year 2000. He received his M.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid in 1996, and his Ph.D. Degree from the same university in 2001, specifically in the field of sensor fusion for air traffic control systems.
