I had worked in Blue Bird Group which is the biggest transportation company in Indonesia. My title, at the moment was a dispatcher division coping rented a car to the hotel guests or any costumers in Jakarta. Dealing with some angry costumers or unsatisfied one is my daily job, so that would be my good experience that can handle such problems.
