Jill Melnicki is a public relations specialist focused on social good communications and partnerships. She helps people and organizations gain exposure, build credibility, and solve collective problems. Jill has more than a decade of multi-sector experience promoting and advancing public good initiatives. Most recently, as Public Liaison with the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), Government of the District of Columbia, she catalyzed community-driven, creative approaches to open government and digital inclusion and built innovation capacity in the local nonprofit sector.
