Marcus Ervin, better known as “J. Mighty” was born and raised in Aiken, South Carolina. He began writing music at the early age of ten and developed a passion for rap and southern hip hop. After becoming acquainted with the street life, he later dedicated his life to Christ, and began writing gospel rap,joining the rap group "Minds of Christ". J. Mighty’s expressive style and delivery has defined him as one the most prominent artists in the Central Savannah River Area (C.S.R.A.). J. Mighty aims to draw the youth to Jesus Christ by ministering the Word of God through park ministry in the surrounding urban communities. J.
