I have played a central role in training the lead professionals working to promote improved provision for the more able in the schools of the London Borough of Enfield and more recently of the London Borough of Croydon. I continue to provide training for Newly Qualified Teachers about how to cater for their most able learners, and have worked with Headteachers and Senior Managers to develop perspectives for school improvement with a focus on the resources presented by more able students.
