The exact meaning of the word ‘educate’ comes from the root word ‘educe’. It means to bring forth what is within, to bring out potential. My educational philosophy is based on students being engaged in the craft of real world experiences and learning by developing real world applications. This allows student to engage, take ownership, to create and to collaborate with their peers, educators, business and civic leaders in a real and meaningful way.
