I have been working in pro-poor and sustainable development of tourism, as an adviser, researcher, and as a professional in the tourism industry, for more than 20 years.
In November 2015, I defended my PhD thesis titled 'The rise and fall of pro-poor sustainable tourism within SNV Netherlands Development Organisation', at Wageningen University.
