I'm a producer, director and entrepreneur working primarily in the culture industries. I've founded and co-founded six influential theatre companies as well the famous Crypt Arts Centre in Dublin. I've directed over 50 critically acclaimed shows and developed and produced work with many of Ireland’s leading writers and directors. I'm now an authority on the Event Cinema industry, in particular how it can work effectively for smaller organisations and territories, with a particular knowledge of funding models and marketing strategies. I write extensively on sustainable and effective policy and business models for the Culture Industries. I've produced and managed tours throughout Irel.
